Infographic motion graphics projected onto a CRT monitor. The projects aims to raise awareness about the importance of colloquial speech, in this case, Egyptian Arabic.

The animation is simplified to centralize the viewer’s focus. It is based on clean typography paired with simple geometric graphics to denote different aspects of the information provided; first tested on Adobe Illustrator and animated on AfterEffects. The animation was then projected onto a CRT screen (to denote the rise of Franco Arabic thanks to technological advancements) using a powerful Epson projector.

The project briefly describes the depth of Egyptian Arabic and the Franco writing system. Script development, projection mapping, and animation done by Mohamed Rabie.
